What a great idea! Living in a motorhome, I often find it quite hard to cook or bake anything. This, however, gives me no excuse NOT to bring anything to Christmas dinner!!

Yes, these are great recipes for people with tiny kitchens. I started making some of them back when we lived a year with just a toaster oven as our only oven.
