52 Weeks To A Simplified Home: Week 43 Update

Today I conquered the last box beside my husband’s side of the bed. I wish I could say the area in now entirely clear, but it still has the two small boxes of tools and hardware from renovation projects for him to go through plus the box of random stuff that needs to go else where that I collected from the original boxes.

Oh well, at least the pile is much, much smaller than it once was. Progress is progress, right?

The last box was probably the quickest to go through. Most of it was homeschooling supplies that we are no longer using and will go in the next second-hand homeschooling curriculum sale we attend. I missed selling at the sale this year but plan to take part next year.

I kept most of the things in the box but brought the box up to the attic to be with the rest of the items I plan to put in the next sale.

I remembered the LeapPad had already been to the last sale, so I decided to just give it away instead of store it one more year until the next sale. The game controller went in the garbage as my boys told me it doesn’t work anymore.

Next week I will declutter the two rolling under the bed bins we have and then finally I will move to the attic, which will probably take me until the end of the year.
