I am still working on the master bedroom closet. I am down to random boxes and baskets left, so the next few weeks are going to be small areas.

I find boxes full of miscellaneous junk takes a lot more time than bigger areas full of just a few types of junk, all that to say it isn’t taking me less time to do these boxes than some of the larger areas I have done.

I decided the easiest way to deal with this box which was stored under a clothing rod in the closet was to take it out and dump it out on the bedroom floor.

In the end, I found it to be full of mostly junk, but there were some memory filled things I wanted to keep.

I was looking everywhere for a smaller box to put the memory items in when I remembered that another box on the top shelf of the closet was full of jeans I have been hoping to fit into again. I have come to terms now that I am probably not going to shed two jean sizes worth of weight anytime soon, so I put these jeans in the thrift store box and used the box they were in for the memory items I wanted to keep.

I then put the box back on the top shelf of the closet and gave the now empty laundry basket a good wipe down and returned it to the laundry room where it will be used for…laundry!  🙂
