I had a commenter leave a comment on one of my posts where I mentioned Swagbucks stating she earned $75 her first month with Swagbucks and was on her way to earning $100 this month.
Her comment got the wheels in my head spinning– can a person make $100 a month with Swagbucks?
It turns out that yes, you indeed can earn $100 a month from Swagbucks as another reader left this comment…

How to Earn $100 in gift cards each month using Swagbucks

I use to do Swagbucks earning plans that showed you what activities you had to do each month through Swagbucks to earn a certain amount of SB points. In fact, at one time this post until I update it had a plan like that. But now that I have been a Swagbucks member for years I have learned that they continuously change how to earn SB points and how many SB points you earn from each activity –making my plans frustrating for those who find them after changes have been made. So I have switched this plan to showing you all the ways you can earn SB points through Swagbucks allowing you to come pick and choose which earning options work best for you.
If you want to reach $100 a month in gift cards through Swagbucks I suggest you spend 15 minutes or more exploring all the ways to earn SB through the homepage of their website and figure out which activities suit your personality and create your own monthly earning plan based on that.
For instance, if you shop online regularly you can earn a decent amount of points per month just through the Swagbucks shop and earn area. Add to that the daily poll, the video apps, daily web searches and playing SWAGO when it is offered, and you could be well on your way to $100 a month depending on how high the shop and earn values were that you received and how often you perform webs searches, etc…
1. Do The Daily Poll
The daily poll takes seconds to complete. It might be worth just 1 SB point but since it is so quick and simple to earn it is something I think all Swagbucks members should take part in.
2. Do The Daily Crave
The Daily Crave is found the To Do list on your Swagbucks homepage. It is worth 1 SB each day and involves watching a few short video clips.
3. Download The Web Browser Extension And Use It To Earn SB Through Web Searches
When I actively use the Swagbucks toolbar for all my web searches, I earn 100 SB points or more each week. Of, course wins are random so what you earn will vary.
4. Use The Apps
Swagbucks has 11 different apps you can use to earn SB points. Most require watching short video clips and have daily caps on how many points you can earn each day through them.
5. Do Your Online Shopping Through Swagbucks Shop Area
Swagbucks has a good size Shop and Earn section with offers varying from 1% to 10% or even higher in some cases. Popular retailers such as Walmart, Amazon, Old Navy, and more are included.
6. Purchase Your Daily Deals Through Swagbucks
Do you purchase daily deals through Living Social or Groupon? Take the extra step to go to them through the Swagbucks website or app, and you can earn cash back in the form of SB points from Swagbucks.
7. Check Out The Watch Section On Your Laptop Or Desktop
What you earn in the “Watch” section varies, but it is generally a few SB points for a set amount of videos. This is such an easy activity to do because you can have them running in one tab on your browser as you are doing something else in another tab.
8. Follow Swagbucks On Social Media
Swagbucks shares what that call Swag Codes on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. The frequency varies, but all you need to do when they offer them is copy and paste the code into the Swag Code area found on their homepage.
Once you sign-up for Swagbucks you might want to consider joining the active Facebook group full of Swagbucks members who share helpful point earning tips.
9. Reach The Daily Goal Set For You
At the top of your Swagbucks homepage you will find an area called “Daily Goal” each day it will have an amount of SB points you need to earn to earn that day’s daily goal bonus. The bonus varies.
10. Complete Surveys
Surveys can be time-consuming, but they can also be pretty rewarding point-wise with some offering as many as 250 SB points for completion. There is a time guide beside each survey to tell you how long it should take you to complete should you get into it (there are usually pre-screening questions before the survey starts).
11. Check Out The Discover Area Frequently For Special Offers You Can Complete
The special offer area of Swagbucks contains free-trial deals you can sign-up for and get SB points for doing so. Other times you get rewarded for signing up to an email list for a certain company or installing and trying out an app.
12. Play Games (The Free Ones)
In the games section of Swagbucks you will find an area titled “Swagbucks Games” these are free to play, and you earn points for playing them. There is a daily cap on points you can earn, but it is an easy way to earn points each day.
13. Buy Gift Cards
Under the shop area of Swagbucks, you will find a tab titled “buy gift cards” when you click on it you will be taken to MyGiftCardsPlus where you can then purchase an electronic gift card to your favorite retailer and get SB points for doing so.
14. Invite Your Friends To Join
Swagbucks has an excellent referral program where you earn 10% of your referrals earnings on certain SB actions for life.
15. Take Part In SWAGO And Other Contests When They Are Offered
Swagbucks quite regularly offers a bingo-ish style contest they call SWAGO where you are given a card to try and fill out by doing various actions through Swagbucks through the card. When you create specific patterns on your SWAGO board or fill it up entirely, you get a certain amount of SB points.
There are also other free to enter contests offered from time to time. You can find out about current contests by visiting your Swagbucks homepage or through their social media sites or emails.
16. Look Through nCrave Videos And Articles
In the watch area of Swagbucks, you will find the nCrave section. It is mostly made up of videos you can watch for points although it also sometimes has articles you need to interact with to earn points.
17. Print And Use Coupons Found In the Shopping Area
If you use printable coupons, did you know you can earn SB points for using them? Visit the coupon section under the shopping tab on your Swagbucks homepage for full details of how it works.
18. Book Your Vacation
Hit the travel tab found in the shop area of your Swagbucks homepage, and you will find links to popular travel booking sites such as Hotels.com, Travelocity, Priceline and more. When you use these links to head to one of these sites you will earn cash back in the form of SB points.
19. Take Advantage Of In-Store Promotions By Uploading Your Receipt
Found in the shop area the in-store promotions area allows you to earn points from items you buy in store by uploading your receipt.
20. Complete Tasks Found Under The “Answer” Tab
These tasks vary but tend to be simple things such as categorizing a list of items.
21. Complete Your Daily To-Do List For Bonus SB
Complete any 6 of 8 items on your daily to-do list found in the sidebar area of your Swagbucks homepage, and you will earn a bonus of 1 to 4 SB points.
Whew! That is one long list which is why it is possible to earn $100 in gift cards from Swagbucks every month if you are willing to spend the time figuring out which point activities would work best for you and then do the work.

How do I get the radio loyalty? I didn’t know once u made the daily swagbucks tv goal (32) that u could still get sb’ from the other apps! I had taken them off my smartphone b/c I never used them but now I will add them back!
Radio loyalty is found on the Swagbucks homepage. Hit the tab marked “discover” press on “special offers” then go to tab “radio loyalty” .
Do you have to join radio loyalty, or just starting listening from that tab? I had it on for 45 minutes or more and never got a captcha.
No you don’t have to join, the captcha should appear on the screen right around the 30 minute mark. I set my timer on my phone and then look at the screen when it goes off, it stays up there for a few minutes. It is small like a little pop up add.

Hi Peggy, Swagbucks discontinued NOSO since I wrote this post. They change things up all the time. My suggestion is to spend 15 minutes or so exploring their home page to find out their latest easy earning opportunities.
