The secret to earning the most through these programs is to sign up for several and then figure out which ones work best for you. If I can figure out how to earn $5 or more a month in gift cards from a company without being on the computer or a smartphone all day, I keep an active account with them. $5 might not sound like much, but if you make $5 at several companies and perhaps $10 or more at others, those small streams add up to a nice stack of gift cards each month.
An App For Saving Money At The Gas Pump
1. Upside
Upside is an app that gives you cash back when you get gas. In our area my family is able to use this app at several different gas stations, saving anywhere from 1 cent per gallon to as much as 10 cents per gallon
The GetUpside app is simple to use; it takes less than a minute to find a gas station, claim the offer, and then enter the information needed to start processing the cash back. Generally it takes less than 24 hours to receive your cash back in the “Cash Out” area of the app. You can opt to receive your cash out through PayPal, a mailed check, or a gift card (starting at $10).

2. Ibotta
The Ibotta app gives you rebates when you complete various tasks for a product in the app and then take a picture of the receipt of purchase for the product you choose at the store you choose and upload it to the app. You can also earn cash back on online purchases by tapping on the store you want to shop at in the Ibotta app and then shopping through the app.
3. Shopkick
Shopkick is the app that pays you to browse. You don’t have to purchase anything to earn gift cards through the Shopkick app. You simply sign in when you enter select stores and earn kicks just for coming in the store. You can also get kicks for purchases or for scanning items in the store while you shop. They also have a section where you can earn points for shopping online.
4. Fetch Rewards
Fetch Rewards is an app that offers points when you buy one or more products made by a brand on their list of over 150. Simply scan your receipt and then fetch your reward.

Swagbucks pays you random points to search through their site. The best way to earn Swagbucks is to download their toolbar or make the site your home page so that you remember to enter all your searches through them.
$5 gift cards start at 450 points for an Amazon card and you can easily earn at least one a month by doing nothing but entering all your searches through their site. Earn a few more by doing just a few additional point earning activities that will cost you just minutes a day.

6. MyPoints
Get points by shopping online through Mypoints. You don’t have to shop though; you can also earn points by clicking the emails they send you, answering survey’s, printing coupons, downloading their search bar and much more.
How much you earn depends on how many things you do. $10 gift cards to various restaurants and stores start at 1600 points.

7. Paidviewpoint
If you really don’t have a lot of time to dedicate to surveys, but you don’t mind answering a few questions in exchange for a gift card now and again, PaidViewpoint is for you. In general, their surveys take less than 5 minutes to fill out, and you get paid for every one. The longest survey I have been a part of was probably right around the 15-minute mark, and I did earn more for it than the short ones.
The cash out threshold for PaidViewpoint is $15, and you can currently get it in the form of a PayPal deposit, Amazon gift card code or a Walmart gift card.
