Healthier Peanut Butter Balls

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup all-natural peanut butter
  • cup raw honey
  • 1 cup powdered milk
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Method
 

  1. blend together the peanut butter, honey and powdered milk
  2. form into small bite-size balls (approx. 20)
  3. place chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl
  4. microwave combo on high for 1 minute
  5. stir and if needed microwave an additional 30 seconds
  6. when chocolate is completely melted place balls in chocolate one at a time with a spoon and coat fully
  7. place on a waxed lined and lightly greased cookie sheet
  8. place in freezer for 30 minutes
  9. remove peanut butter balls from sheet and store in an air tight container in fridge
