use a food processor to crush the Oreos to a course powder (you can use a ziploc bag and a rolling pin if you don't have a food processor)

put the chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl and top with coconut oil, microwave 30 seconds at a time stirring at the end of 30 seconds, (it took mine 3 times at 30 seconds to melt fully)

place 1/3 of a cup of cookie crumbs aside and then dump the rest into the melted chocolate and stir

grease a 9 by 13 pan and lay wax paper in it and grease the paper

place the melted chocolate and cookie mixture in the 9 by 13 pan and spread it out evenly

cut the gummy worm is thirds and place them on chocolate and cookie mixture

sprinkle the chocolate and cookie mixture with remaining crumbs

lightly press the gummy worms and cookie crumbs into the chocolate and cookie mixture

place the mixture in the freezer for one hour

take out of freezer remove wax paper and break into pieces.
