I find it odd that most people seem to have just found out about Nutella. I have enjoyed it for years, decades even.
What I am loving about the new Nutella craze, is all the recipes coming out containing Nutella. I have a whole pin board on pinterest labeled Nutella.
These recipes have me thinking about Nutella in a whole new and creative way.
I use to make a peanut butter and banana smoothie, but one morning of switching out the peanut butter for Nutella and I was hooked, and my recipe for “Nutella and Banana Smoothies” was born.
This recipe makes either 1 very large portion, or 2 average size portions.
- 1 sliced banana (or 1 cup frozen banana slices)
- 1 scoop vanilla whey
- 1 cup milk (I use non fat)
- 2 tablespoons Nutella
- A handful or two of ice (if you used frozen banana slices you need less if not you need more)
- Place all the ingredient in your blender.
- Blend for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Serve in a tall glass with a straw.
