Peppermint Candy Ice Cream (no machine needed)
  • 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 pint of heavy whipping creme
  • 2 to 3 drops of peppermint extract
  • ½ cup of crushed peppermint candies
  1. Instructions
  2. Whip the heavy whipping creme in a freezer safe glass or metal container (one with a lid) using an electric hand mixer until firm
  3. Add in the sweetened condensed milk and stir well.
  4. Add in peppermint extract and crushed candies and stir well
  5. Place lid on container and allow to freeze 10 to 12 hours
  6. Scoop into bowls and enjoy
