Snickerdoodles
 
Ingredients
  • 1 cup coconut oil
  • 1 cup butter
  • 3 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 5½ cups flour
  • 2tsp creme of tartar
  • 2tsp salt
  • 2tsp soda
  • Topping
  • mix 4tsp cinnamon with 4tbsps granulated sugar
Instructions
  1. mix together butter and coconut oil
  2. add in sugar and blend
  3. add in eggs and blend
  4. add dry ingredients and blend
  5. form into one large ball and then cover and place in fridge for an hour or more
  6. take dough out of fridge and form it into walnut size balls
  7. dip top of balls in cinnamon sugar mix
  8. bake at 350F for 10 minutes
