Nutella and Banana Smoothie

This is a protein shake that contains just under 500 calories. I consume the whole recipe after my long marathon training runs and it helps keep me full till lunch. However, when I have not burned mad calories running I like to share it with my daughter for just 250 calories per serving.
Ingredients
  • 1 sliced banana (or 1 cup frozen banana slices)
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey
  • 1 cup milk (I use non fat)
  • 2 tablespoons Nutella
  • A handful or two of ice (if you used frozen banana slices you need less if not you need more)
Instructions
  1. Place all the ingredient in your blender.
  2. Blend for 1 to 2 minutes.
  3. Serve in a tall glass with a straw.
