Declutter Now! Uncovering the Hidden Joy and Freedom in Your Life
I have read many a decluttering book in my day but I have never read one quite like Declutter Now! by Lindon and Sherry Gareis.
Decluttering your home is just one area this book addresses. Within its 248 pages you will be forced to address areas of clutter you never even realized were clutter, at least that is how I felt.
Clutter is more than those piles of paper mess on top of your dining room table; clutter includes unhealthy relationships, mismanaged money, unkempt bodies, over working, mismanaged emotions, and even over scheduled and over parented children.
Reading the pages of Declutter Now was eye opening for me and made me realize in order to truly live a simple life, we must look beyond what we keep physically in our homes to what we keep mentally in our hearts and what we do both within and beyond the doors of our home.
If you are looking for a home make over, Declutter Now is not the book you are looking for, however if you want a life makeover Declutter Now is full of steps that will help you on your journey.
I was given this book for the purpose of review however all opinions are mine

Yes! That is what I thought, too, when I read the book. In fact, at times I go back and re-read a section to remind myself of some of the key parts that really spoke to me.
