Creating fabulous Valentine’s day sweets does not require that you be a master chief in the kitchen. The six simple sweet recipes I am sharing today require very little baking, in fact 5 of the 6 recipes don’t even require you to turn on the oven.

Short on time? 5 out of 6 of these simple sweet treats s take less than 10 minutes to make and that is from getting out the ingredients to washing out the bowl when you are done.

Need to make enough treats for a classroom? My Caramel Crunch recipe shared below can easily be divided into small bags.

Love a chocolate lover? All 6 simple sweet treats  contain some chocolate but 4 of them are purely chocolate heaven.

6 Simple Sweet Treats For Valentine’s Day

chocolate bark (small)1. Chocolate Bark

Adapt the add ins to the taste of your loved one. May I suggest cinnamon hearts as an add in with a bit of Valentine’s day flare?

simplest fudge ever only 2 ingredients (small)2. Simplest Fudge Ever

You could give my simplest fudge ever recipe a Valentine’s day spin by placing a small conversation heart candy on top of each piece.

chocolate truffles (small)3. 3 Ingredient Chocolate Truffles

Roll them in red sprinkles, or better yet tiny heart shaped sprinkles, and place them in a clear plastic container and tie with a red ribbon, to give as gifts.

(smaller image) healthier peanut butter balls

4. Healthier Peanut Butter Balls

Is your loved one trying to cut back on sugar? Then he or she might love these peanut butter balls that use 100% natural peanut butter and honey. (you might also want to try my double chocolate cookie dough balls for another healthier alternative).

caramel crunch (small)5. Caramel Crunch

Put a Valentine’s day spin on my caramel crunch by throwing in a Valentine’s themed bag of M&M’s

cupcakes

6. Wacky Cupcakes and Chocolate Truffle Icing.

My wacky cake recipe also makes great cupcakes. Top them with my chocolate truffle icing, sprinkles, and conversation hearts and you have a perfect after-school Valentine’s day treat.

I love making bark! It’s so much fun. I need to try the chocolate coconut truffles since my dh is getting hooked on the gluten-free chocolate coconut candy I’ve been making
