One of my favorite things about summer, is all the inexpensive fresh fruit that becomes available. I love mixing together 3 or 4 different types of fruit. Topping it with vanilla yogurt. Sprinkling it with crushed nuts for added protein and nutrients and then like the cherry on top of a sundae I add in the final yet most important ingredient a handful of chocolate chips.
Lunch anyone? mmmmm…….I love summer!
